Meet The Team

James McEniry – Director

James is a Co-Director of TNTA. He has many years of full-time and CRT teaching experience behind him both in Australia and overseas. His honesty and integrity have been a keystone to the success of TNTA since it began in 2008. He’s always keen to chat about fitness or the footy, especially his beloved Hawks.

Lyn MacMillan – Director

Lyn is a Co-Director of TNTA. Lyn was the founder and sole director of Primary Ed Management, and then Teach Direct, before merging with TNTA in April 2021. Lyn was a previous President of the Teacher Agency Network of Victoria and brings to TNTA enormous experience in business administration and government relations. Lyn likes to get away for gourmet weekends to regional Victoria whenever she can.

Sarah Somes – Administration

Sarah is one of our highly experienced CRT Recruitment team, managing all aspects of our teacher's registration and compliance. She has been a teacher for over 20 years and has also worked as a school Daily Organiser in a large K to 12 school. Sarah’s ability to build relationships and problem solve makes her a strong member of the team. Sarah is a keen runner and is involved in a number of volunteer roles and committees within the education field.

Julie Dunn – Recruitment Consultant – West Zone

Julie joined us in early 2021 after 17 years experience working as a Recruitment Consultant for Resource Ed Personnel and manages a number of our western suburbs schools. Her expertise is in Human Resources and she takes pride in developing strong and enduring relationships with her school contacts. A resident of Melbourne’s Western suburbs, Julie enjoys nothing more than a nice long walk along the The Strand with friends.

Jenni Summers – Recruitment Consultant – South and East Zones

Jenni also joined us in early 2021 after 12 years experience working as a Recruitment Consultant for Resource Ed Personnel and manages our eastern and southern schools. Jenni’s personable nature and eagerness to support our schools are highly regarded within the team. She is also an avid bush walker who enjoys any opportunity to wander amongst the forests of the Dandenong Ranges.
