We are - an education recruitment agency that sources highly skilled and professional teachers to work in various locations.

We are industry-trusted, innovative and efficient and offer an outstanding level of professionalism and service to our schools and teachers.

The TNTA team consists of teachers and administrators who work together to support our teachers through the recruitment process, to ensure all teachers feel well supported, positive and appreciated. We understand the challenges our schools face daily, our consultants work closely with our school representatives.

Whilst we invest in technology, we also invest in our team.

Teachers

Our service is technology streamlined but friendly, just follow our link and onboard. We then
contact you, help you though the process, speak to you about expectations and your plan
to teach with us. We know our graduate teachers have a lot of questions and we are here
to answer them and provide information that will allow them to move forward with career
opportunities. We provide all our teachers with our App and you can manage your own availability.

We pay under a Federal Award and pay all our teachers above the award rate of pay. We pay you weekly.

schools. Schools use our service for casual bookings and contract teachers. We provide our
schools with a consultant that will work with you and help you with any bookings you have.
You will have access to our database through our App, you can upload bookings directly to the database.
